Author guidelines
Oral presentations. Each day will start with a lecture given by a keynote speaker. All other presentations will be allocated 15 minutes in total, made up of 12 minutes presentation with 3 minutes for discussion.
Posters will be allocated a 90 cm wide x 135 cm high board (or wall area); your poster must fit within this area. All the material necessary for attaching the poster to the board will be supplied by the organizers.
Posters will be displayed for the duration of the conference and can be viewed during coffee and lunch breaks. There will be two poster sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday, 8th-9th September, after the each day’s oral presentations; presenting authors are asked to stand by their posters during the poster sessions to answer questions.

The deadline for abstract submission is 15th of April.
To submit your abstract please download the template file (16ICA_abstract_template.doc) and upload it using the following link: abstract submission.
Abstract submissions should be single-spaced, size 12 pt, font Times New Roman. The uploaded file (in Microsoft Office Word format) should be named "Lastname_Initial_16thICA_abstract". If you are submitting more than one abstract add a number to your file name.
The abstract should be no longer than 300 words, and should outline the aims and content of the presentation.
Abstracts for both oral and poster presentation will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee.
Notification of decision will be emailed on 15th of May.
